Was suitably located for my non-profit's annual meeting in downtown Lewes, DE.

Was fine. No negative thoughts.

Recommend it. Only drawback was that sign age to hotel was hard to locate as highway had too many signs over a short distance and this made me miss it on first two passes along the road. Is minor and reflects on the neighborhood, not the hotel. ...read more

The person in charge of breakfast was very friendly, helpful and patient.

They ran out of some breakfast items.

This hotel is very well run, and everyone is very friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and well supplied. There is free WiFi, a sizable refrigerator and microwave in the room. The pool has some kid-friendly items. Everything was perfect except for running out of some things at breakfast, but it was a very crowded holiday weekend. Far exceeded every expectation. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Confused by the one star should be higher.

The only bad thing was the water pressure in the shower which was barely more than a tinkle.

Great hotel for traveling on a budget. Friendly staff, clean building, free breakfast with the room, not too far from the beaches (you need a car). All around a good experience.

The staff was very helpful and the room was great. I have 3 small children and it was perfect for them with the pool and the breakfast.

The room kind of smelled bad but it was a room that allowed pets.

We were going to Cape Henlopen and it was just a few miles away, very close to restaurants and entertainment, and kid and pet friendly. The pool was really great too.

The room was spacious and the desk clerks were very helpful.

There was a group of wedding guest and they took over the lobby (which was small) for a the better part of the afternoon.

This was our first time in Lewes, Delaware and we were not familiar with the area. The hotel was nice enough but too expensive for what it was very difficult to get across the highway in front of it because there were many places that did not allow U-turns or left turns.
